CROQUET BABY STYLE!

This involves temper tantrums and charging around the court! No sorry... i was thinking about when we played with Nick! (just kidding Nicko, well have another game soon!) We took Robyn, Greg, Ben, Billie and the mini cassidy and luca for their first game of croquet! Everything went swimmingly except that luca kept chasing the balls and pulling out the hoops, while little cassidy ate a pepper cracker- which had a little too much pepper! How cute are these girls!

Joe battles deep sea giant!

here is the fish joe caught while we were on holidays last week. i wasn't there to witness the action but it must have been a true battle of the titans! i am very impressed by this catch and i'm consistently awed by the high degree and diversity of joe's accomplishments. i love him very much... and he is very handsome!

Ah, not everyone had the honour of knowing Colonel Wood, he now resides in the reycling bin. In his hey day he used to party with us! He was always showing off. Then one day he got in a fight with nick and lost a leg... it pretty much went downhill for the Colonel after that! This is the colonel at gatecrasher in germany 2003!

NAS CAR!

ok this is not nas car- this is formula one 2003 on the play station but ever since days of thunder (before tom went crazy!)i just love to say the words "Nas Car"! Look at the skill at which joey takes the corner! If you look closley at the 3rd pic you will see the blue car which he deftley avoided. No really. fascinating stuff. Yes Bert stayed true to his word and yesterday i recieved a package in the mail! Express post no less! People, this is not cleverly concocted computor magic- these are actual scans of the mail i recieved from australian tv's biggest (living) legend!Want more? Bert sent me a copy of "Channel 9 salutes Bert" on DVD. Don't bother asking to watch it- IT DOES NOT GO OUT ON LOAN! Envious? What a guy!

Brief synopsis: In a bid to camp as humanly far away from any screaming children, we set up next to 4 chicks in their 20's. Little did we know this ment hours of listening to them sing spice girls, s club seven and bon jovi to name a few! Had us in stiches though.

We went fishing and everyone caught something except me who just kept getting snagged on the rocks! We took some coronas and our swimmers and came back with Brim, Black Brim and some wierd big fish that joe caught! We cooked them up on the bbq- v. tasty indeed!

For those of you that love the straddie pub, to bad its gone! You can still purchase a brick from the origional building for 30 bucks. We passed!

one of the highlights was sitting next to the entrance of the 4wd beach access and watching the carnage as the 4wd's tried to get back over the sandunes and up onto the road! i would have got a pic but the camera was in the car which was on the otherside of this monster truck rallY! Watching 2wd's trying to attempt this feat is my new favourite spectator sport!
