You will be proud to hear i saluted the president according to protocol... moon sun, vanilla sky: your spirits hover over prawn and corriandor dumplings! we passed on the rice noodles- too glugy! However, we adhered to the true spirit of yum cha... "assume nothing- consume everything". The legend continues... BTW keisha did a very good job of using chopsticks for the first time!
